   5 WAYS TO THINK YOURSELF THINNER




Out of Sight Out of Mind

Drink glass of water first thing in morning. Clean out your kitchen & get rid of junk food to eliminate any temptations excellent,

Portion Control

Trick your mind into thinking you are eating more by putting your meals on smaller plates.

Drink up Water

Slip on water in between meals when you think you might be hungry. Chances are you are just thirsty.

Eat until you're 80%full

Taking smaller bites & avoiding distraction like TV will make a big difference & help you slim down faster.

Take a hike

When you're bored & want a snack, get up &take a walk instead of eating foods. If you are hungry then take a plate of fruits and adequate water.
